2019- Present: This family travelled extensively for their work and since purchasing this gorgeous Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home we have achieved many small and larger renovation projects together.
From interviewing architects and designers that had the right knowledge and respect for the homes unique style and the clients distinct taste, I supported them arrange contractors, expedite city planning permits & created large savings through effective and shrewd negotiation, and kept the home a home during all renovation processes.
This included all home security monitoring, pet care, errand running, accounting, recruiting, managing staffing and payroll. I scrutinized all utility bills recently gaining a rebate due to underground water leakage, and I ensure ‘light staff’ and 'light utilities’ when the client was away to create savings opportunities.
