Office Support

2020- 6 months: In the midst of the pandemic and political unrest which left to staffing issues throughout Los Angeles I was approached to help this small team of 30 stay on their feet in a difficult time.

With my advanced administrative skills, logistics experience and change management, I supported HR co-ordinate individual team member diaries to assist build a work from home/ office hybrid that included office entry and exit times to ensure little staff physical cross over during COVID-19.

With my background in health care and change management I created daily information circulars to inform the team of COVID-19 numbers, safety precautions they could take at home and at work & resources available to those with particular anxiety’s.

I answered and transferred calls ensuring that the office was ‘live’ in an otherwise very quiet time and used this time to update and revise multiple office guidelines and policies.  I arranged some light decorative and refurbishment work giving it a refreshed  look for when employees returned,

Outside of the office I helped the owner with their real estate portfolio - ensuring tenant payments and pauses on rent as per statutory guidelines, as well keeping on top of maintenance schedules working within lock down guidelines.
