Working for this luxuriously renovated home was a dream and I am incredibly proud of the transformative and continued results this team created. Overseeing project bids from the General Contractor to the Fabrication services and working as liaison between the Client and International Designer Nicolo Bini to ensure briefs were met was a real privilege.
In this role as well as budget and project tracking, I scrutinized all bids, plans and purchases saving the client time and prevented overspending. On site I supervised all construction, managed site security, ensuring I was available for communication and to troubleshoot issues as they arose.
Once the client was ready to move in, I managed all staffing, payroll, and service agreements. Daily scheduling was coordinated to maximize work-life balance.
I arranged all events and parties at the home, and supported this very busy client and their PA with diary management as needed. My experiences and relationships developed during this time have been invaluable.
